We promise to make every effort to get your delivery to you ASAP and here's how long you can expect it to take (assuming we have your products in stock when you place your order):
If you're in Sydney – you'll receive it the next (business) day – but if you get your order in before 9am we'll do our best to surprise you with a delivery that same afternoon
If you're in metro Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane, you can expect it receive it the next day
If you're in NSW, ACT, VIC or QLD but outside of the capital cities, you can expect to receive it in 2-4 days
If you're in SA or WA, you can expect to receive it in 2 – 6 days.
When placing an order online, you'll be able to choose between the following payment methods:
If you do have an approved credit account with us, our standard terms are 30 days end of month. That means we'll automatically send you a statement on the last trading day of the month and you have until the end of the following month to pay us.

Approved account customers receive free delivery, as long as their order value is over $75. Below that, and we'll charge a $9 + GST Small Order Handling Fee.
Guests purchasing from our website will be charged $9 + GST delivery on all orders.
Certain bulky items like furniture, large whiteboards, large shredders, etc, may attract an additional delivery fee. If this isn't obvious online, we'll contact you to make sure you're ok with the extra charge before proceeding with your order.
Someone's made a mistake? It might have been you or it might have been us. Please tell us straight away.
We will credit your account or refund your payment provided the goods are standard stock items, are returned unused, with packaging intact and are in resalable condition. You have 30 days from receipt of delivery to claim such a credit.
If products arrive damaged or otherwise unfit for purpose, we will credit your account or provide a refund.
